Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. What SpaceMove is
SpaceMove ("the Service") is a web application operated by Microspear ("we", "us") that copies a Space from one ClickUp workspace into another — including tasks, subtasks, comments, attachments, checklists, tags, dependencies and task links. By using the Service you agree to these terms. SpaceMove is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ClickUp.
2. Your ClickUp data and authorisation
The Service connects to ClickUp through ClickUp's official OAuth flow (or a personal API token you provide). We never see your ClickUp password. You may revoke access at any time from ClickUp's settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority over both workspaces you connect.
3. How migrations work
- Migrations are copy-only: the Service never modifies or deletes anything in the source workspace.
- Every migration shows a free preview manifest first. Writing to the target starts only after you explicitly confirm.
- Every write is recorded in an audit log (old ID → new ID) you can download as CSV.
- One-click undo deletes everything the migration created in the target. Undo depends on ClickUp's API continuing to permit deletion.
- Some data cannot move because ClickUp exposes no API for it (automations, whiteboards, forms, activity history, and other items listed on our homepage). Some data degrades in documented ways (for example, comment authorship becomes a text prefix). The preview and homepage describe these limits; by confirming a migration you accept them.
4. Payment
Scanning and previewing are free. Running a migration requires a one-time payment, sold by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, sales tax and invoicing. One payment entitles you to run one migration to completion, regardless of Space size. Undo is always free. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, to access workspaces you are not authorised to manage, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend access for accounts that do.
6. Disclaimers and liability
You review and approve every migration before it runs. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for unavailability or changes of the ClickUp API.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. You may stop using the Service at any time.
